One is about two hours longer than the other.
Guess which way we went...
I had directions sitting on the seat next to me, and my GPS in my phone on.
The directions took us the quicker way, but I followed the GPS.
Mum lent us her X-Trail which was just a dream to drive.
Isabelle had Aunty Mel's portable DVD player in the back and she was set.

Issy is a great traveller, she slept for about two hours and was so excited when we reached our destination.
She was so excited when Ali started making cupcakes and insisted on helping.

Issy was a bit worried about Daisy when we first arrived, but they were soon best of friends.

Sunday we visited Andrew's school where he is one of two teachers.
Issy loves schools, especially the whiteboard.

Monday, Ali and Andrew joined us at Questacon, where Isabelle was in her element.
It was also the first day that the Geo Dome was set up.

Tuesday, Issy and I went to the Dinosaur Muesum

Cockington Green Gardens

And finished up the day at Black Mountain Tower

And Wednesday we drove home.
This time I followed the right directions.
Isabelle didn't sleep at all on the way home, but kept herself amused with the DVD player and taking photos of herself on the way home.
There are so many more, that I think they deserve their own post... It will be done!
